Terms & Conditions

01Scope
These terms apply to all quotations, samples and orders placed with Crystal Hunt. By confirming an order you agree to these terms, together with any terms written on your quotation.
02Quotations
Quotations are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated on them. Changes to quantity, design, fabric or decoration may change the price and lead time.
03Samples & approval
Where a pre-production sample is made, bulk production starts only after your written approval. Once approved, the sample is the reference standard for your order.
04Artwork & intellectual property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, names and designs you send us. You are responsible for any claims arising from artwork you supply.
05Payment
Payment terms, including any advance payment, are stated on your quotation. Production and dispatch may be scheduled according to receipt of payment.
06Production & delivery
Lead times are estimates and start from sample approval and payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.
07Tolerances & quality
Small variations in colour, measurements and print placement are normal in garment production. Please report any quality issue within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it.
08Duties & taxes
Unless agreed otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are paid by the receiver.
